HOW IT WORKS:
> Tap START button and put mobile in front of your face while doing Push Ups and Tap the screen via nose for counter. There are two benefits, 1. You will do full push Ups to avoid wrong step of exercise and secondly, Counter and Timer will help you to improve exercise !
